Delivery Method: Our standard delivery method is door-to-door ground floor level delivery. However, certain address or location limitations, as well as local laws, may affect the delivery process. In such cases, our experienced delivery team will make alternative arrangements to ensure a successful delivery. Ordering new musical instruments for GCC countries (outside UAE):
We understand that customers outside the UAE may also wish to purchase our high-quality musical instruments. To facilitate this, we offer delivery services to GCC countries. For customers based in GCC countries, kindly contact our sales team at sales@sps-ae.com before placing an order online. They will provide you with specific delivery instructions, country-specific requirements, and any additional charges that may apply.
Some of our musical instruments may be available for pre-order. Pre-ordering allows you to secure an instrument before it becomes officially available. Delivery timeframes for pre-order musical instruments may vary based on factors such as manufacturing processes and product availability. Local Pickup: Our used musical instruments are available for local pickup. If you prefer to collect your instrument personally, please coordinate with our sales team to arrange a suitable pickup time and location.
