SoloPlay (“SOLO”), operated by Specialized Piano Store FZE (“SPS”), is an authorized musical instruments reseller and service provider, licensed by SPCFZ, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. We offer a wide range of musical instruments for sale, including pianos and other instruments, and provide repair and maintenance services for these instruments, catering to the United Arab Emirates market. Our brand, “SOLO,” represents our commitment to quality and excellence in the musical instruments industry.
When booking any instrument service or purchasing any of the listed instruments, we prioritize your satisfaction and have taken appropriate measures with our service providers and instrument suppliers to ensure a secure and reliable experience.

At SOLO, operated by SPS, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchase. Our warranty service applies to the sale of brand-new instruments only. Your new instrument is covered by a manufacturer limited warranty, the duration of which may vary depending on the instrument type and manufacturer. The warranty period begins from the date of the signed delivery note. Our professional technicians, trained according to the manufacturer’s warranty instructions, perform and carry out the warranty services.
Some of our instruments come with an extended manufacturer warranty, the duration of which is specified and mentioned on the customer invoice.
If your new instrument experiences any issues or faults, please contact SOLO by emailing us. We will provide you with all the necessary assistance to rectify the problem.
Our customer service staff is available to assist you with any queries or problems. We assure you that our online booking for repair and maintenance services is processed and carried out with the utmost quality. Our professional technicians, fully trained and equipped, provide the best possible service experience for a wide range of musical instruments.
If you wish to cancel a service order and it has not been processed or approved by us, we will cancel the order and refund the amount (if already paid) after deducting any applicable bank charges. Please note that we cannot cancel orders that have already been processed and are ready for delivery. However, customers can request to reschedule the service at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
SOLO, operated by SPS, reserves the right to determine whether an order has been processed or not. By purchasing our services, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by SOLO and accepts our decision regarding the cancellation.
SOLO, operated by SPS, shall not be held responsible for any failure to fulfill, in whole or in part, its obligations towards you, or for any losses or damages resulting from such failure, if it is due to a force majeure event or any circumstance beyond our control. A force majeure event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission, or accident beyond our reasonable control. If a force majeure event occurs, our performance under any contract is considered suspended for the duration of the force majeure, and we will have an extension of time for performance during that period.
