PRODUCT INFORMATION
While we strive to ensure accurate product and pricing information, there may be occasional errors. SOLO cannot confirm the price of a product until after you place an order. In the event of an incorrect price or product information due to pricing or typographical errors, SOLO reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched.
AVAILABILITY
All products advertised are subject to availability or while stocks last. We make every effort to maintain stock of the full product range and will notify you if a product is out of stock. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to supply a particular product, we will not be held liable. However, any charges for that product will be reversed after deducting any applicable bank charges, if applicable.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging the receipt of your order. Please note that this email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase the advertised product(s). All orders are subject to our acceptance, and we will confirm such acceptance by sending you an email that confirms the product(s) you have ordered (the “Order Confirmation”). The contract between you and us (the “Contract”) is formed only when we send you the Order Confirmation. The Contract will pertain only to the products specified in the Order Confirmation. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, the charged amount will be reversed in your credit card account. We will inform you via email/phone about the estimated date of your order’s arrival, and it is your responsibility to ensure that you are available for delivery. We will contact you if additional information is required.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
Warranty services are applicable to the sale of brand-new musical instruments. The warranty period varies depending on the product and will be specified in your invoice. The warranty starts from the date of the signed delivery note. The warranty service is performed by our professional technicians, who are trained to provide services in accordance with the manufacturer’s limited warranty instructions.
REPAIR & MAINTENANCE – SERVICE DELIVERY
Our customer service staff is available to assist you with any queries or issues. Our repair and maintenance services, booked online, are processed and carried out by our professional technicians, who are fully trained and equipped to provide you with the best possible service experience.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
If we receive a cancellation notice before the order/service has been processed or approved by us, we will cancel the order and refund the amount after deducting any bank charges. Orders that have already been processed, cleared, and prepared for shipment/delivery cannot be canceled. SOLO reserves the right to determine whether an order has been processed or not. By making a purchase, you agree not to dispute our decision regarding order cancellations.
CREDIT CARD DETAILS
By providing your credit card details for services on SOLO, you confirm that the details provided are correct and accurate, and that you are the lawful owner of the credit card used. You further agree to provide correct and valid credit card information. We will not utilize or share this information with any third parties unless required for fraud verification or as mandated by law, regulation, or court order. SOLO will not be held liable for any credit card fraud. The responsibility for any fraudulent use of a card lies with the cardholder unless proven otherwise.
FORCE MAJEURE
SOLO shall not be held responsible for any failure to fulfill its obligations or any resulting losses or damages if such failure is due to force majeure or circumstances beyond its control. Force majeure events include acts, events, non-happenings, omissions, or accidents beyond our reasonable control. Our performance under any Contract will be suspended during the force majeure event, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period.
